Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited when using SignalForge (the "Service"). It supplements our Terms of Service. Violating this AUP may result in warning, suspension, or permanent termination of your account without refund.

Prohibited activities

• Illegal trading. Any activity that violates securities, commodities, derivatives, tax, sanctions, or anti-money-laundering laws in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of the connected broker/exchange.
• Market manipulation. Spoofing, layering, wash trading, painting the tape, pump-and-dump schemes, front-running, or any conduct prohibited by exchange rules.
• Insider trading. Trading on material non-public information.
• Sanctions violations. Trading on behalf of, or providing access to, individuals or entities on OFAC, EU, UK, or UN sanctions lists.
• Unauthorized access. Using credentials that are not yours, sharing API keys across users, or connecting broker accounts without the account holder's authorization.
• Abuse of the Service. Reverse engineering, scraping non-public endpoints, circumventing rate limits, running load or penetration tests without written permission, or reselling access.
• Malicious content. Uploading malware, exfiltrating other users' data, or attempting to breach isolation between accounts.
• Fraud. Misrepresenting identity, payment method, or beneficial owner; using stolen cards; or filing fraudulent chargebacks.
• Advisory services. Using the Service to provide licensed investment advice, manage funds for others, or operate an unregistered fund without holding the required licenses in your jurisdiction.

Content you post

Strategy descriptions, journal notes, and any content you submit must not infringe intellectual property, defame others, or contain unlawful material. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Service.

API and rate limits

Automated access must respect published rate limits. Repeated abuse of connected broker or exchange APIs — including exceeding their rate limits via SignalForge — is a violation of this AUP and may cause your account to be throttled or suspended.

Reporting abuse

If you believe another user is violating this AUP, contact abuse@signal4ge.com. Include the account, URL or feature involved, and a description of the activity.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, disable connections, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement. Serious violations (fraud, sanctions, market manipulation) may result in immediate termination without notice and without refund, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
